線性低密度聚乙烯（LLDPE）是理想的滾塑原料。LLDPE是乙烯與丁烯、乙烯等的共聚物，分子呈線型結(jié)構(gòu)，密度為0.93g/cm3.。LLDPE用于滾塑的優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于流動性好、熱穩(wěn)定性好、耐環(huán)境應(yīng)力開裂性好、抗沖擊性能好、剛性好。
LLDPE(Low Linear Density Polyethylene)is the ideal raw materials for rotomoulding.LDPE is the copolymer of polythene,butylenes and so on with the linear molecule and the density of 0.93g/cm3.The advantage of LLDPE is it is better in liquidity,thermal stabilization and ESCR < impact,and hardness.
滾塑設(shè)備 / Equipment of Rotomoulding
對滾塑設(shè)備的基本要求是能模具繞兩個(gè)互相垂直的旋轉(zhuǎn)，模具在旋轉(zhuǎn)的同時(shí)還能被加熱和冷卻。滾塑設(shè)備一般包括轉(zhuǎn)臂、熱室和冷室三部分。按加熱方式可分為直火加熱式、熱室空氣加熱式、夾套加熱式、熔鹽拋灑加熱式、紅外線加熱式和電加熱式。
The basic requirement for rotomoulding equipment is to make the molder revolve around the two vertical when the molder can also be heated or cooled.The equipment usually consist of the three parts of rotational arm,heating room and cooling room.According to the way of heating.it can be divided into open fire,air heat,molten salt spreadultra red,and electronics.
